Tutorial 03

For this weeks tutorial we mostly were working on the code of the game. We added in a health bar for the Ruby character, we also added in a component to help Ruby get health back whenever she hits off an enemy because when she hits off an enemy she looses health. We were shown how to add triggers this week on to things, they're basically a collider, except they won't stop your character from moving but you will get a little alert whenever you collide with the trigger item.

I added in a 'damage zone' where when Ruby walks over this specific section, she will loose one health, but then she can go and find the health component in the game if she wants to re-gain that health.

This week was a little bit more difficult that the last two weeks tutorials, I found myself making a lot of mistakes and it took me a little longer to get the tutorial done this week, however i'm expecting the tutorials to get a little more difficult over the coming weeks as we're adding in more and more things.
